Start with the form you are looking for: whole flowers, compact resin or small hemp fragments sold as trim. Then compare the stated composition, aromatic profile and pack sizes. Read our guide to product formats.
Where can I find a product’s composition?
The product page lists the stated concentrations and characteristics. Check the label and batch document for more detail. If anything is unclear, ask us for the relevant document.
How can I compare prices for different pack sizes?
Select a weight on the product page: the displayed price is for that pack size. Where a price per gram is shown, use it to compare sizes of the same product.
How can I check delivery charges?
Delivery methods and charges depend on your address and basket. Check the order summary before paying and read our shipping policy.
How can I read a batch analysis?
Our guide to lab reports explains what to look for. If you cannot find the document for your product and batch, contact us before ordering.
Are all oils intended for the same use?
No. The intended use depends on the product and its label. The 30% Full Spectrum CBD oil in 10 ml is sold as a raw material for non-food formulation. Read its product page and precautions; do not use it as a food product.
How do I check whether a pack size is available?
Select the weight you want on the product page: availability applies to that variant. Another size of the same product may have different stock.
How should I store the products?
Follow the storage instructions on the label and product page. Keep the packaging and batch number so that you can find the product information again.
What will my order total be?
Your basket lists the products and quantities. Then check delivery charges and any applied discount in the order summary before payment.
